Returns and Exchanges
If the product is defective or incomplete, please contact the contact information listed on the "purchase receipt" included with the product within 5 days of receiving the product. Regarding long-term absence and refusal to receive parcels
If you are unable to receive your package due to an unknown address or an extended absence:
・The shipping company will store your package for about 1 week to 10 days (varies depending on the shipping company). Packages that have passed this storage period will be refused acceptance and returned to our store. Please note that when returning a package, regular return shipping fees (cash on delivery) will be charged for each package, and the actual cost of the round-trip shipping fee will be charged to you.
If you wish to have an item resent that you have declined, a resend fee will be charged in addition to the return shipping fee.
