Rental period for try-on items

The loan period for the trial item is 5 days from the date you receive it. You must prepare and post the return within 5 days, counting the date the item arrives as the first day.

Example: If you applied for a fitting service on the afternoon of March 9th

■ Flow of using the service

  First, please log in with your registered DANG SHADES JP account. If you have not registered as a member with DANG SHADES JP, please register in advance.

  → Register as a new member

• STEP2

  Order a service

  

  From the products available exclusively for the fitting service, place 1 to 6 pairs of sunglasses you would like in your shopping cart and then proceed to place your order.
  Products that are available for fitting service are marked with [Try-on product] at the beginning of the product name. Please be careful not to make a mistake.

• STEP3

  Delivering items to try on

  

  After we receive your order and confirm your payment, we will send you the items to try on and the packaging for returning the items.
  Feel free to try on the items to your heart's content, coordinating them with your existing clothes, checking out the colors and shapes, and more.

• STEP4

  Returning try-on items

  

  Please pack the product in the return packaging provided and post it within 5 days of receiving it.

■ Notes about the service

• ・The products sent through this service are for trying on only. They are not for sale, so you must return them. Please note that you cannot purchase the products you have tried on.
• ・Membership registration is required to use this service. Please make sure to apply while logged in with your membership ID. →Click here to register as a new member
• If we are unable to confirm the return of the item within the specified period, or if we find that the returned item is intentionally soiled or damaged, we will charge you the full retail price of the item.
• - The items you have requested to try on will be shipped within 2 business days after your application or payment has been confirmed.
• This service does not support cash on delivery as a payment method.
