[Comparing Vision and How to Choose] A deeper look at the popular premium lens series!

The Premium Lens Series, a new product for SS2022, has been selling at a tremendous pace since its release in April. I'm sure many of you are wondering which color to buy.

So, this time we will take a deep look at the Premium Lens Series! We will explain the Premium Lens Series, including a comparison of how they look and how they feel when worn!

Review of the features of PREMIUM LENS

First, let's review the many features of the premium lens series!

Semi-permanent anti-fog treatment

The inside of the lens has an invisible special embossed finish that provides semi-permanent anti-fog protection, regardless of how many times you wipe the lens.

This is a special lens that also complies with JIS standard testing.

Even when worn with a mask, your sunglasses will not fog up and you can use them comfortably.
(However, in extremely cold regions, steam that cannot be handled during processing may turn into water droplets, which may then freeze.)

Below is a video comparing the effects of applying steam to regular lenses and premium lenses. Please take a look.

Polarization rate: 99%

With regular polarized lenses, the lighter the lens color, the less polarized it is. However, our premium lenses maintain a polarization rate of 99% for all colors, despite being available in a lighter color lineup.

Scratch-resistant! Hard-coated (outer lens surface)

A hard coating is applied to the outer surface of the lens to protect it and make it less susceptible to scratches.

Blue light cut/UV cut

Effectively blocks blue light/UV rays, reducing strain on the eyes.

*UV protection rate of over 99%

*Blue light blocking rate varies depending on the product.

MADE IN JAPAN (Sabae, Fukui Prefecture)

Premium lenses are made in Japan, so you can rest assured! They are produced in a factory in Sabae City, Fukui Prefecture, where the manufacture of glasses and sunglasses is thriving.

<Notes>

* The TAC (triacetate) polarized lenses used in Premier Lenses are constructed with a special polarized filter sandwiched between two lenses.

Therefore, if the lenses are stored in a wet state, moisture will penetrate between the film and cause the lenses to lose color and the polarizing film to peel off. If the lenses get wet from rain or sweat, wipe off the moisture thoroughly. Do not soak the lenses in water or leave them wet for long periods of time. Do not use ultrasonic cleaners.

* The outside of the lens is hard-coated, but the inside does not have a hard coating due to its anti-fog finish, so it is prone to scratches, so please be careful when handling it.

* Heat can cause deterioration. Do not leave it in the car. Do not expose it to hot water. Also, do not use a hair dryer to dry it if it gets wet.

Comparison of scenery

As mentioned above, the three current lens colors in the premium lens series are all light colors, but have a maximum polarization rate of 99%! They effectively cut out reflected light, providing a clear and easy-to-see field of vision.

Wearing Image

The premium lens series uses light colors, a recent trend, which allow your eyes to be seen from the outside, giving a softer impression when worn.

It won't look suspicious even when worn with a mask, and will add a refreshing touch to the summer season.

Recommended situations

DRIVE

Not only do they block reflected light from the road and greenery, and protect your eyes from direct sunlight and UV rays, but the light lens color also ensures that the visible light transmittance is not too low, so you can rest assured that it won't be too dark when passing through a tunnel.

OUTDOOR ACTIVITY

The lens surface is hard coated, making it ideal for active hobbies such as fishing and sports!

TOWN

The light lens color allows you to see your eyes, so it's recommended for everyday use in the city! It gives a gentle impression without looking suspicious even when used with a mask.
