I use it whenever I go outside on a sunny day, whether it's for a ride, a drive, or walking my dog.
My favorite frame is LOCO. It has a good hold, so it doesn't slip off even while riding, and it goes well with any outfit.
My favorite lens colors, assuming mountain bike riding, are green or chrome mirror lenses on sunny days when the contrast is strong on the mountains, and blue clear lenses on cloudy days. Both are because they make it easier to see the road conditions on mountain trails.
