About Membership Registration
Member registration is free.
Customers who register as members can use "My Page," which allows them to view their purchase history, as well as other convenient functions.
You will need an email address to register.
* If you have email reception/rejection settings, please set it up so that you can receive emails from the domain "@dangshades.jp".
Payment Method
* Payment methods available may vary depending on the product.
- Cash on delivery: Please pay the shipping fee to the delivery company when the product arrives. We only accept cash.
*If you select the delivery method "Click Post (mailbox delivery)", cash on delivery is not available. - Please make payment to the following account within 6 days of placing your order.

About delivery of products
We do not accept delivery to overseas addresses. Delivery is only available within Japan.

・It will be delivered to the mailbox of the delivery address. If the parcel does not fit in the mailbox or there is an inconvenience in delivering it to the mailbox, a missed delivery notice will be delivered instead of the parcel, and we ask that you request redelivery.
- We do not accept requests for specific delivery dates or cash on delivery.
・If you order a product that supports Click Post, you will be able to select the delivery method when you proceed to the order process. If Click Post is not displayed in the delivery method column during the order process, your order is not compatible with Click Post, so it will automatically be delivered by Yamato Transport.
Returns and Exchanges
In the unlikely event that the product is defective or faulty, please contact the contact information listed on the "purchase receipt" included with the product within 5 days of receiving the product. We will accept returns or exchanges for products that are insufficient in quantity or have defects.
We cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer reasons (order mistakes, different product images, etc.). Thank you for your understanding.
Regarding long-term absence and refusal to receive parcels
If you are unable to receive your package due to an unknown address or an extended absence:
・The shipping company will store your package for about 1 week to 10 days (varies depending on the shipping company). Packages that have passed this storage period will be refused acceptance and returned to our store. Please note that when returning a package, regular return shipping fees (cash on delivery) will be charged for each package, and the actual cost of the round-trip shipping fee will be charged to you.
If you wish to have an item resent that you have declined, a resend fee will be charged in addition to the return shipping fee.
- Please note that if the product is returned to us due to your prolonged absence or refusal to accept it, and then you cancel the order, we will charge you the actual cost of shipping both ways.
